spotless room, nice private hot spring bath, courteous staff.

The food and Onsen are the best, I am very happy with that. However, the room is not clean, you can see dirts on the wall or on the ground. The staff were able accommodate a new room for us (much better, still not the best). I assume the room has been cleaned and those are wear and tears. But for a hotel in this price range it shouldn’t be like this. Please consider renovate the room to keep the customer.

100/100. Wonderful and super enjoyable place to stay. Rooms are extremly clean. Eventho' the proprerty looks oudated ouside, I realize it just matches with the ryokan style inside. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to tourist attractions.
