Stayed in one of the 6 person suites the some of my friends and it was fantastic! Place was clean, comfy, and cute. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

We booked two rooms for our son's 21st birthday without knowing much about the property. I knew it was close to where we wanted to be, was a good price and was rated well. The plan for his birthday was a dispensary crawl and as luck would have it there is a dispensary in the parking lot of this hotel. It is also pet friendly which didn't affect our trip but is nice to know for the future. Our rooms were nice and clean, and the staff we encountered were great. Will be coming back again to stay at this location.

Clean & close to what we wanted.

Service was literally the worst. It took 4 hours to get checked in due to the front desk clerk Joey not knowing how to do his job. He lacked knowledge on how to handle the situation and we literally lost hours of sleep. He said it was my card at first then hotels.com, then he said it was the system and finally said we had to pay $100 which we did out of frustration ; it was 4am and to top it off the tv didn’t work and house keeping harassed us the next morning at 10am despite our check out time being at noon.

Property seemed to have only one person working the evening shift. And when we needed towels for the pool we had to go to the front desk to get them, same with the sheets for the pull out bed. Hotel advertised breakfast included but we were leaving at 7:15am and was told breakfast wasn't available till 7:30am. The bedroom pocket door was broken and we were not able to shut it. Not a bad hotel just a little run down

Staff were fantastic. Breakfast had a few options, but it was good. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem - the horrible odor of stale cigarettes.

Unfortunately the pull out beds are small and VERY uncomfortable. We ended up folding it back up in the middle of the night and sleeping one on the couch end and one on the chaise end.

Decent place with large rooms. Beds are fairly comfortable. Breakfast and dinner cooked daily which we weren't aware of. 1st floor reeked of cauliflower for many hours after they cooked that for dinner...one member had to go sit outside it smelled so strong in our hall and room. Didn't notice anything the first night, so maybe just skip cooking cauliflower/cabbage/brussell sprouts/broccoli...etc. for dinner.

It’s our first time staying in this hotel and for sure won’t be the last. We were in Michigan to help our son move-in to his new apartment. We had a great experience from check-in till check-out. Staff are friendly. After getting settled in the room, they called make sure we’re ok. I love their Dove toiletries and built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Aside from free breakfast they also have afternoon refreshments for free! I’ve never been to any hotel who offers that!

Great place to stay while visiting family. Being out of towers makes it hard to comfortably visit with families until we found this place. Great accommodations.

Initially Access code did not work.
When we arrived to the room the room was not cleaned. Dirty beds, dirty towels in bathroom, food in kitchen and dirty tables. We informed the property, they expected us to stay that night and they were sending a cleaning crew in tje morning. After 12 hour drive the last thing we needed was a dirty place to rest.

Hotel was nicely located. The room cleaning is not desirable, you have to ask for housekeeping to get your garbage and get new towels. They will not clean the room at all, very disappointing.

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful my stay was. This hotel is clean, the pool and spa area are fantastic and the location is perfect for hanging out in Downtown Ann Arbor or just relaxing outside the bustling city streets.

Reservation mistake. Said could relocate me to correct room but would have to chart for both rooms since it was too late to cancel reservation. Huh? Rude and unresponsive staff.

Check in was good. Staff friendly. Picked this hotel because it said EV charging was available. They only have 1 charger for the entire hotel so I wouldn’t stay here if there are other EV as you won’t get a chance to charge. Room was ok but not clean. Found a chewed up dog treat in the roll out and someone else’s glasses in the room. Along with stained linen.(we don’t have pets) For the price paid I expected a cleaner room. Bathroom in the king suite very small. Bigger persons back has to touch the shower door to open the bathroom door. Pool was very clean and free laundry machines. Breakfast was buffet style presented well. Overall I’d stay here again but probably just get the cheapest room and not splurge on a suite it was underwhelming .
