Elena is a wonderful host, she made us feel very much at home. Our room was spacious and had its own entrance through a lovely garden. We even had a radio & CD player in the room with a collection of fantastic CDs.
She also gave us information about the area and advised us about best places to visit.
The bed mattresses could have been firmer.

Hospitality at its finest! The host is generous with herself to make your visit as comfortable as possible… even fresh flowers in your room.The location is great for visitors without a car. The breakfast is delicious and generous. And your accommodation is comfortable and relaxing, The garden is beautiful.

The property is located well within the town with easy access towards Bowness of Windermere and towards Beatrix Potter Hill Top House
I cannot fault anything. The owner was very accommodating and happy to assist.

We had a wonderful warm welcome and the accommodation was large and comfortable with lots of personal touches. The bed was huge and easily the most comfortable of any hotel that we have stayed in, the sheets were just beautiful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. We had a small patio to sit out in and the garden to wander around was a bonus. Very close to Windemere centre so an easy walk to pubs, restaurants, shops, buses and train station. Highly recommended!
