The Glamore Milano Duomo

We had a wonderful stay at The Glamore Milano Duomo. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Milan, and the hotel was very comfortable throughout our stay. The food was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was one of the highlights — great quality, variety, and a lovely way to start the day. However, what truly made our stay special was the staff. The level of hospitality, kindness, professionalism, and genuine care was exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and their attention to detail made a real difference. They are without a doubt one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. A very special thank you to the hotel manager, Mido. He was outstanding throughout our stay — extremely welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. His personal care and hospitality made our experience even more memorable. Mido and his team are a true credit to the hotel, and we sincerely thank them for everything.

The hotel currently seems to be going through a transitional phase, and some aspects of the rooms and their facilities could benefit from a few improvements and refinements. With some attention to these details, the overall experience would be even better and more in line with the excellent location and outstanding level of service.

The location is unbeatable, friendly and attentive staff, clean and spacious rooms.

Is under renovation, so the entrance and lobby is not attractive and elevator is very hot.

Location and room was large and modern

No lobby at all just a back door or small front door where the doorman would question if you were a guest and ask your room number as if we were unwelcome visitors. Lifts very confusing they don’t all go up to 5th floor, we had to find another one in the rabbit warren of bends and turns to complete journey. Got lost every single day!
