Cozy rooms, vibrant lobby, and a super staff On arrival, I noticed how alive and vibrant the lobby was, filled with people working on computers and socializing. I soon realized that the room sizes naturally guide you down into fortunately what is a inviting lobby you want to sit in. Received a lovely greeting upon arrival. I was seated and given a choice of drinks and was checked in rather than standing at a counter after a long flight. Staff members like Rye and Naira truly went above and beyond—though the entire team was incredible. They are the true icing on the cake. Did not have a chair in my room. The staff found a chair that would fit the space. Well located near great shopping. Hotel is nice, but the hospitality is what made it memorable. Loved Japan! Again it may be beautiful but the Japanese people were kind and tried to help a solo traveler. I hope I can return.

rooms are so small . Long holiday requiring 2 suitcase and a small suitcase very very tight.

Facilities are poor for a 5 star hotel. Very overpriced for what you get - $2000 AUD per night for a room for 3. The staff did not go out of their way to help or interact at all. For this price, you really should be getting fabulous service, given the lack of amenities. Beds only ok for comfort.
