Our stay was wonderful! The room was quite spacious, especially by Japanese hotel standards. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the subway, which made getting around very convenient. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

The comfort of kindness when the wheels fell off our trip.
Our trip was challenged by some difficult circumstances, which the hotel handled beautifully. They were kind and understanding given the stress I was under I truly appreciated that. We are now waiting to hear from booking with regards to a 2 day credit request, which they advised we work through booking.

The male workers wer much friendlier and helpful than the female workers...

They offered umbrellas on rainy days.
Housekeeping services were limited, with additional charges for bed-making and cleaning. Standard service only included trash removal and towel replacement. Breakfast consisted of frozen sandwiches and soups that could be taken to the room. Given the price of the stay, I expected a higher level of service and amenities, especially compared to other accommodations that offered more for less.

"Posizione defilata dá Shibuya, lontano dal casino ma vicino alla metro e al centro."
