Слаба шумоизолация. Има фитнес отдолу и се чува брутално блъскане от щангите до 22:30 часа, докато не затвори фитнес центъра.

Dziwny miejsce. Niby hotel, niby galeria handlowa. Śniadanie dramat, drogie, małe, i czekaliśmy ponad godzinę na tosty i kawę.

Very unusual design of the hallways. Each room is labeled after a work of art - it's a fun idea :)
The rooms are pretty spacious, and have nice view of the Vitosha mountain.
The shopping mall seemed a bit deserted for a Sunday evening.

The property was clean, the acces is a litlle bit difficult if arrive late, after 21:00 pm
The breakfast is very poor, difficult if you have a child, there is no kitchen or other option for breakfast.

The breakfast was sufficient. The employees were very kind. The location isn't bad. Rooms were big and new.

Room size and location, fit to current needs of business trip, pretty decent managed in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, fair value for money.
A little bit of strange place, located inside of an almost empty commercial center...unclear how to get a breakfast...

Silent place, big room, nice bathroom, modern, clean. Polite staff.
It's not a real hotel. The place is a floor of a business building. The bed. Bed had a plastic sheet lining under the top sheet which made noise. Also it was JUMPY. When your spouse moves, you jump on the bed. Bed was horrendous.

The hotel was easily accessible by car. The rooms were renovated, clean, and spacious. The staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
A bigger sign at the front door that the hotel is on the third floor.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom . Hotel
is new so everything was spotless . Haven’t tried the breakfast but they offer if you are keen . Also theirs is a gym on the level below ! 🔝 I ‘ve arrived earlier than check in time but the room was available and I was lucky to move in with no issues . Friendly & helpful staff . Location wise was good for me too . Thanks
