We had such a lovely stay here. Dinner was exceptional, the room was very nice, the bathtub with a view was great, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I wasn't sure at first about the breakfast in the room aspect before we went, but it made for a really lovely experience. A wonderful place for a couple's getaway.

Beautiful property, staff were so kind and helpful and very attentive. Spoke great English so communication was easy. Great views of Mt. Fuji and easy beach access

the view, location, and room...all that was great.
checkin could be better, more informative, warmer
Bar and lounge not open, refuse to serve.
Housekeeping strangely removed some items from our kitchenette, left others, replenished some, cleaned nothing
