The hotel is in a beautiful location. The rooms are very nice and clean. The pool and patio bar is very nice too.

Modern hotel with great location right at the beach - BUT rooms are not designed well. Shower is a "glass aquarium" in the middle of the room and the room gets very moist and damp after two people showering. Also this design is not useable for friends traveling together. In addition the toilet door is also glass and there is a big gap between the door and the wall.
No iron in the room and they will deliver one on request but the ironing board is a small type not useable for getting a well ironed shirt.
Asked for extra pillows and the receptionist answered a long excuse for not being able to provide this. They still delivered two pillows within a few minutes but they did not bother to put the pillow cases on. I expect a much higher attention to details and service from a 4 star property.
Pool area was closed so not possible to relax in the sun by the pool. This is very guest unfriendly and a bad decission by the management.
Breakfast was ok with a good selection, allthoug some items seems mass produced. Nice touch with the egg station.
All in all this stay was very dissapointing and the hotel does not deliver the standards expected.

This is a modern hotel with lots of facilities and offers a good breakfast buffet.
The pool area is well furnished and the pool itself, though not large, is pleasant enough with views of the beach.
The hotel has some strange features, though. The lifts are nearly 100m from the hotel entrance and if you have a room overlooking that entrance, as we did, that's a nearly 180m walk to get in and out of the hotel.
The room itself was large and spacious but with limited storage space. The two wash basins are in the bedroom, not the toilet/shower room, which itself faces into the bedroom and has a glass door and screen, affording little privacy.

Did a one night stay at Cadiz, and this hotel made that easy. Had a beautiful view of the ocean and right along the beach.

I love almost everything. The only thing that I did not like or was disappointed with the staff in the restaurant for breakfast, The hostess and waitresses are rude and not friendly at all.

Great room, we had the swim up room which we really enjoyed, great use of space and the hotel is in a great spot for the beach and lots of nice restaurants, staff veey pleasant and friendly, stayed 1 night would like to have stayed more

Had a lovely stay, great value. We went for the Swim up room which was fun. I read reviews critiquing the open plan shower but I think it made the room feel really spacious and luxurious.
As other reviews have said the staff service can be a bit slow and inattentive and some hooks in the room to hang towels on would be very welcome. Oh and a long mirror. But these are minor things, I can’t wait to go back!!

No parking for your car despite the hotel is literally next to a big private parking space - I’d expect free parking for the hotel guests - impossible to park in Cadiz for free; gym was not open despite advertising on hotels.com the facility- we were sent to a private gym outside the hotel but we had to pay!!! Really ?

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday at the hotel, the hotel is fantastic. Our room was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

A classic case of bait and switch: the pictures of the room shown when reserving one were much nicer than the room given while staying.

Really nice hotel. Great pool. Only thing is that we could not adjust the air conditioning and the room was a bit warm. We could not figure out how to call the front desk from the room phone and there were no directions to be found. Overall, nice place.

We stayed for 5 days in a Signature room September 23 on a half board basis. The main grumble was that the room WC was not private.
The breakfast was fine however, the evening meal left a lot to be desired. We did not find cheep cuts of meat, i.e. frying steak with lots of gristle and imitation cream within deserts acceptable for a 4 star hotel.
On the plus side the hotel is in a prime beach location, the staff are friendly and hard working and the pool area is small but lovely with amazing views.

Loved the pool and beach. Could use the beach chairs for a fee. Found the long distance from the lobby and doors to the street to the elevator very tiresome. Anyone with mobility issues would find this difficult. The pool was pleasant and plenty of lounge chairs, but also need to walk a fair distance from the elevator. Also a very nice breakfast buffet.

Very nice hotel, arrived @ 1:20pm and was able to check in straight away. Pool and terrace is great , would definitely stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Cadiz

We were received very well, kindly with a smile, it was noticed that it was also my birthday. after I went for a swim in the ocean, which is just in front of the property. A bottle of cold champagne and a nice piece of cake was waiting in my room. This kind of details you remember. The room had a good ocean view. breakfast is quite good. this is a hotel I will return to. thanks

We couldn’t sleep during our stay, as the bathroom smelled of sewage during the nights.First night I was even vomiting because of the bad smell. We called the reception early in the morning but they didn’t fixed it. Terrible holiday. Very disappointed.

Brand new & modern hotel. Everything was nice inc breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and were impressed with the variety on off at breakfast time.
Staff friendly but the only thing missing was somewhere to hang the wet swim suits in the bathroom.
Loved the fact that you got the view of the sea when taking a shower.

so unexpected, but so wonderful could hear the ocean at night I was facing the apartments and ocean no busy street chairs, dragging upstairs can get loud thank goodness not too many people. love having a restaurant where I stay. fabulous steak restaurant around the corner. the hop on off bus two minute walk; Victoria stop along the boardwalk. I was just so pleasantly surprised and relaxed after a couple days in Seville. I should’ve stayed longer. The bed and linen were perfect also and a nice hot shower with Great pressure. staff super friendly and helpful.

We just checked in for the day on an excursion from Sevilla to escape the extreme heat and to be near the sea. We took advantage of the lovely spa/ hamam and beautiful infinity pool side deck overnight the Atlantic Ocean. The room and bath were spacious and nicely appointed. Our balcony had a beautiful sea and pool deck view. The property was impeccable!
