Excellent value for Kampala with efficient and engaging staff, shout out to Frank and Jacob. The restaurant food was exceptional with the restaurant having a wonderful ambience and good vibe. The rooms are large with air conditioning and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful with a variety of fresh juices, fruits and also a hot choice of plates to consider. I returned for a second stay as I was so impressed with my first stay.

Frank was a Liverpool supporter, but with sympathies for my team Brighton this can just about be forgiven.

Lage in einem Wohngebiet, in unmittlebarer Umgebung gab es eher nichts zum Weggehen, Zimmer sehr schön, Bett riesig, man hätte dort auch zu dritt schlafen können, alles sauber, Frühstück ok, die drei freundlichen Schäferhunde, die frei im Innenbereich/Garten herumliefen, forderten nachdrücklich Streicheleinheiten ein.

Die Dame, die das Kreditkartengerät bedient, sollte besser an dem Gerät ausgebildet werden. Die Papierrolle zu wechseln war ihr nicht möglich, ein Nachweis über meine Zahlung konnte dann erst die Buchhaltung am nächsten Tag beibringen.

Great location, very safe and full of entertainment. Chill and cosy hotel. Real price efficiency.

The location is close to the city centre which is excellent.

Centrally located, Explorers Hub is a good choice for a stay in Kampala at a reasonable rate. The rooms were comfortable, the showers hot and the staff friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Although generally the facilities the rooms were good, a little more attention to detail by housekeeping cold help. Not much point to a TV without a remote control or a mug and teabags without a kettle. LOL

Very helpful and friendly staff, changed rooms to a much quieter and better view room. Art classes on the balcony were available and other activities. Breakfast was wonderful too, a pleasure to stay here.
