LUSTER Hotel

Well located, being very close to Saldanha metro station and within a few minutes travel to the main tourist attractions. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the locality. This is a very nice hotel with especially comfortable beds and quiet overnight. The breakfast offering was superb with a wide range of fresh and tasty produce. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again.

If I could give it an 11/10 i would. What an exceptional place. It’s all the sum of the little things they do better than most places that make them exceptional. The staff are friendly and helpful, the place is modern and clean. The food is fantastic. Great location to metro. I’ll be back!

this was our second stay at LUSTER within the week, so good was our first stay! the hotel is quiet, well-located and well-equipped. Gabriel is a wonderful member of the team and an exemplary example of customer service.

both staff and cleanliness fell down on our second stay, which was a disappointment, and check-in took close to twenty minutes - for reasons that were never explained to us. the city view rooms are underwhelming on the lower floors and there is some unavoidable street noise.

I had probably the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel here. The facilities are great, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, the decor and furnishings are lovely and modern, all the staff are so so sweet and friendly, they always seemed like they were having fun together and in a positive mood which really adds a very fun and friendly atmosphere, and it was all really clean and well maintained. I’m a real germaphobe and I was still totally comfortable everywhere: in the room, the restaurant, the pool and outdoor area, it was all kept to so high a standard, I was very impressed. Part of the reason for my stay was to celebrate my birthday and, without mentioning it to the hotel at all, they left a generous and lovely treat in our room on the day and a cute note wishing me a happy birthday - it was a really nice touch. They also appear to switch out some sockets in the rooms to be the type of where you’re coming from? Because some of the sockets in our room had UK/Ireland adaptors without us asking for anything, and we thought that was very thoughtful.
