Great outdoor space, restaurant and bar staff very friendly. Good v good. Nice vibe, music by pool.

Quests to check in, foyer small and busy - didn’t feel like a concerted convent on arrival but better once through to outdoor space

the hotel pool area is super cute - we didn't stay long enough to use it but we did dine at the restaurant next door, which was just ok. area nearby is nice and near all the big fancy hotels. the refrigerator was a decent size and the kitchen seemed to be equipped with a decent amount of things to prepare a meal or two - we only had one night so we just had snacks and wine. there was a small table with only one chair, so if we had actually eaten there im not sure where we'd have sat, perhaps on the small couch? towel warmers in the bathroom is always nice! guy at the front desk was very kind.

it is definitely not a full service "hotel" (much less a 4 star one, perhaps booking needs to update their definitions here) - they didn't even have someone to help us with our bags. we also rented one of the bigger suites/apartments and i felt like it was 50% hallway. it's a bit confusing to navigate the hotel. also kind of a bummer they clearly had great branding to start with but have begun to introduce some super bizarre (probably AI) elements that dilute the cool design vibe of the hotel. the tv chromecast worked for about 15 minutes, and then never again. we sent a whatsapp to the front desk about it, but they said that it could only be fixed in the morning. there are so many cute hotels in lisbon for less, i probably would not come back.

The room was small but big enough for us. Loved the separate living/kitchen area. We just loved the whole vibe of this hotel. The food at the restaurant next to the pool was very nice, as were the pastries in reception!

The only negative was the pool does get super super busy. There were people out reserving sunbeds as early as 8am.

bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a full kitchen and washing machine

No daily housekeeping was very disappointing as well as not having a phone in the room. Those are two very important features for me.
