The property was well equipped, clean and close to the sea front.

The stairs down to the flat are quite sleep but has a good hand rail and not a problem in dry weather

Schöne geräumige Wohnung, nahe zum Meer/Strand, gute Anbindung mit dem Zug nach London - der Bahnhof ist 10 Fußminuten entfernt. In den umliegenden Straßen ist das Parken kostenfrei möglich. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Die Terrasse ist leider ungepflegt und die Möbel eignen sich nicht dazu, gemütlich draußen zu sitzen. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung entsprechen nicht der Realität. Sehr enttäuschend, denn wegen der Terrasse hatten wir die Wohnung ausgewählt. Betten sind teilweise durchgelegen.

The apartment was very spacious and was located a stones throw from the sea, which was really great. There was free on street parking, which was hugely convenient. The water pressure in the 2nd bathroom shower was outstanding 👍

The place appeared clean, until closer inspection. The oven was filthy. When it heated up and I opened the door, the smoke set off the smoke alarm. There was renovations going on next door so the patio outside was full of builders dust and chunks of concrete. I swept the outside thoroughly because I was concerned my son might hurt himself. The windows inside were dusty but outside was filthy. I ended up cleaning them because i couldn't stand to look at them. The 2nd bedroom has a large hole in the bathroom wall. The walls throughout the apartment have scuff marks. Its such a pity because the location was great and it was really spacious, but these things have put me off from renting there again.
