Location was good but mostly noisy at nighttime
Hotel was new and had two elevators which made it easy without waiting
Room was clean
The single bed was a child size and not suitable for an adult
TV screen was at a weird angle you could only see 30 percent of the screen from the bed
One of the reception staff was not obliging and willing to help when I wanted to rebook with them for another date (double room with my partner).
He didn’t even make an effort to approach me and explain. Only when I mentioned it to the manager he tried to make excuses for his behaviour.
However bellboy was very kind and respectful.

Great location, close to everything (metrostation, ferry termial, shops, restaurants). Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice and spacious, with tea and coffee-making facilities. The room was clean, but on some days the housekeeping were skipped.
The room with city view was noisy late into the night.

The room was very clean and comfortable
There was a club playing music until 4am both nights right next to the window of my room which kept me awake all night. No earplugs provided or anything to mediate the issue. I can’t understate how loud this was.
