This cabin is a perfect location- right out of the city yet quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Overall: It was very clean with numerous amenities. Came with dishes, glasses, clean fridge, wi-fi & smart TV. The deck was great in like new shape with a gas grill. The 1 bed of 3 we used were nice. They were good enough. Lots of clean towels & sheets. Location: It is a good distance off the busy road so it is a little quieter than some locations for sure. It is close to everything. Not walking distance but just a few minutes by car. Still could be noisy outside. Inside it was plenty quiet. It backs up to forest. The back yard/forest is steep and not really useful, but is the view from the deck on the split level cabin. You don't have access to the bottom level as it appears to be used for a maintenance shop. It is not marked well as we drove by it about 3 times even with GPS. Once we found it, there were no problems finding again and again. Service: We didn't receive the lock box code (The big long code isn't it) so before we could even get in we were using their customer service. We had better success with calling and converting to texting. Wait times were long on Saturday when we checked out. But texting was fast enough and they got us the code and we were inside within 10 minutes. Fees: Expect lots of them. They add up. PRINT OUT ALL THEIR EMAILS AND TAKE WITH YOU! They came to an email we didn't get remotely. We are still very glad we stayed there and wouldn't hesitate to use it again. Most everyone would enjoy the place I would think.

I checked out yesterday. I didn’t stay the second night. The place was not worth being one of the more expensive places in eureka. Bed was very uncomfortable. The place was dirty and had old food in the couches and stained pillows on the couch and bedrooms. Old scratchy hotel linens and no pillow cases for extra pillows that were yellow stained and obviously very old. The duvet didn't even have an insert. Old food from previous guest in the kitchen and appliances. The body washes in both bathrooms were empty. Overall just a complete let down. I stay in Vrbo for the character not to stay in a what seemed like a hotel with overused rooms and furniture.

The house was spacious and clean. Close enough to downtown, yet far enough away to have privacy. The perfect size for us and our two children to spread out and be comfortable. Loved that it was pet friendly, but unfortunately, our dog wasn't able to make the trip with us; she would have loved the big yard. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. The house was just as described. We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

The house was clean and neat. It had everything we needed. It is very close to everything we wanted to see. We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and secluded.

This property had an ideal blend of seclusion and proximity to attractions, restaurants, etc. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the fire pit was a great way to spend an evening. The cleaning staff did an amazing job!

You'll think you are deep in the woods, but civilization is just at the top of the driveway! Only thing I missed is that there isn't a washer and dryer, but other than that it was great! And the deck is excellent.

We were in Eureka Springs to enjoy the fall! The house was the perfect distance from town. We enjoyed the fire pit and sitting outside enjoying slightly cooler weather. The rooms were spacious. It was a great 3 days.

The house was perfect for our group of four adults.

This beautiful woodsy property has plenty of space. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings with a glass of wine and in the mornings with coffee. We had a fire in the fire pit one night. We saw deer in the front yard one night and running through the woods one morning. It was clean and well laid out. We will come again!

We loved it, beautiful, peaceful place, very close to all the fun and shows we attended... will definitely be back!

Cabin was clean, roomy, easy access to resteraunts, shops, grocery store, pharmacy etc. But very secluded. Our only suggestion, is to trim some limbs over back deck.

This was a great little house. It was clean and in good condition. Would have loved to stay longer. It was out of the main part of town. Quiet. Felt like you were in the county. Loved our stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not have washer and dryer. Bathtub was dangerously slippery!!!! Some of the pillows should be replaced.

We had planned to come before the pandemic. So this was really special weekend for a small group of office friends. This cabin was exactly what we wanted for a much needed girls’ weekend in Eureka Springs.

Close to town and a major road to everywhere, but far enough off that road for peace and quiet. Very nice kitchen - all the amenities you could want - could have used a regular coffee maker for us 4 adults - kitchen had a small 4 cupper, but at least it had the right coffee filters to go in it. Beautiful back deck - like being in a treehouse. Nice recliner sofas, nice beds (nice and firm for me - too firm for husband).

This property is just on the edge of eureka springs, perfect for getting to downtown. The driveway is long so you feel very excluded and private. The property was very clean, had a lot of dishes in the kitchen, plenty of towels. We would definitely stay in this property again.
