Plenty of room, comfortable, great view,everything you needed at hand

The property was spacious, clean and well appointed. There were plenty of hooks for hanging things on, and so much space for toiletries etc in the bathroom. The staff were fabulous and couldn’t have done more to be helpful.
You are unable to open the dishwasher door fully due to the positioning of the kickboard in the kitchen. A clothes airer would also have been useful to take advantage of the sun and wind, rather than using the dryer.

The apartment was large, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The balcony overlooking the North Sea was a big bonus. Everything was great and we will definitely book again if looking for accommodation in Arbroath.

The whole apartment was amazing with stunning views from the balcony extra touches like tea coffee and stunning decor everything very modern and Fresh and the chips from downstairs restaurant where great they even give us ice the host was just a message away if we needed anything they made us feel very welcome highly recommend

Good sea view, very clean, well furnished apartment. Staff at bellrock fish and chips below, very friendly and helpful
It was hot and you couldn’t open the bedroom window because of noise from extractor from fish and chips below and smell. Some of the heat came from the kitchen below. There was lots of traffic noise. The advert should have made it clear it was above fish and chip shop.

The beds were so comfy, the furnishings very up market, just a beautiful place to stay 😍

The space & the balcony
Seemed like there was a smell of smoking in the apartment. Also couldn’t find any utensils or sharp knives in the kitchen

Superbly decorated flat, very comfortable and spacious and in a really good location. Restaurant below had brilliant selection for adults and kids. Fish and chips was delicious. Lovely flat and great base to explore a gorgeous part of Scotland.
Some cigarette ends outside entrance door; would have been nice for them not to have been on the ground but not a massive deal.

Absolutely stunning apartment to stay in. So open and light. The views from the balcony are amazing, and on a clear day, you can see the lighthouse. Downstairs, the food is outstanding. Amazing value for money. Most things within walking distance.
