A gorgeous, very comfortable house in a quiet location but within easy reach of Arbroath. Perfect for relaxing with family and friends!. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 3: Kingsize (5ft) Bed. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Enclosed rear garden with garden furniture. Children’s play area. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Garden House is a beautifully refurbished country house in a peaceful setting, just one mile from Arbroath and within walking distance of the beautiful Seaton Cliffs. With tasteful and extremely comfortable furnishings throughout, the owner has taken care to ensure guests have a lovely stay. The large dining kitchen is well equipped and perfect for sitting and chatting about the day’s adventures over a drink or meal. There’s also a separate living room with elegant fittings and three bedrooms all with sumptuous bedding to ensure a high level of comfort. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property, storage for golf clubs or bikes, off-road parking, and a spacious, private garden.
The quiet rural location is ideal for exploring the area – Arbroath is just 1 mile away with a good selection of shops, eateries, and seaside funfair. Visit Arbroath Harbour with fishing and boat tours, not forgetting to try the famous Smokies, and the Signal Tower Museum with its history of Arbroath lighthouse keepers. The pretty village of Auchmithie with its renowned restaurant serving local produce is well worth a visit or take a trip to lovely Lunan Bay (4 miles) with its stretch of golden sand and café, again serving locally sourced fare. Inland, the Angus Glens beckon the keen walker, while golfers are spoilt for choice, with many courses in the vicinity, not to mention Carnoustie’s famous Links. Wildlife is in abundance in the area, with RSPB Montrose Basin well worth a visit or for a more cultured day out visit NTS House of Dun or Arbroath Abbey for a glimpse into Scotland’s past, renowned for the Declaration of Arbroath.

From the moment we drove into the driveway and saw 'The Garden House' it was 'Love at first sight'!Entering the house - exceptional!Tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortable.Everything you could possibly need was provided. If we had known how fantastic this accommodation was, when organising our trip, we would most definitely have booked most of our holiday here and used it as our base for visiting other sites around Scotland.Our host - Will was extremely kind and welcoming.Highly recommend 'The Garden House' and we will most certainly return in the future if we get the chance to visit Scotland again.
