Ron has a great property, very clean, nicely decorated. Didn’t care for sharing the garage but it worked out fine. It’s an amazing place and we would definitely recommend.

Surf Casita was a beautiful place to stay! It was impeccably clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The house was very secure and close to the beach, restaurants, and a park for the kids.

Property was roomy, clean and airy! Enjoyed our stay. The patio was enclosed and private. Heard the upstairs neighbors a bit at night but it wasn’t awful. Really enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the pier and local shops! It was overall fantastic and would stay again!

The property is super clean, everything is updated and such comfortable beds. It is also close to everything, just park car in garage and walk to: beach 1 block, pier 1 block, all restaurants/bars 1 block. Looks like we’ll me making this a yearly vacation spot!

This house was so clean and the location is hard to beat! Ron was so responsive and easy to communicate with and even surprised us with a wedding gift! We had everything we needed. The house was a smart house so some fun amenities that we weren’t used to! Highly recommend!

Ron was one of the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had with vrbo. Clearly takes pride in this place and he thought through all of the little details - appreciated his house manual and Newport Beach recommendations. Very clean place and firm comfortable beds. The location is optimal; with a short walk to the beach, the marina, and the fun summer nightlife. We brought our dog and he loved the access to 2 fenced-in, outdoor patios. Excellent washer/dryer as well. There is also a 711 on the corner to grab any extras needed. Fantastic stay.

We would rate this in our top 3 stays with VRBO. It was me, hubby and one teen and one tween boy. House was super modern and clean. Great technology hook ups and TVs, patio for grilling and outdoor dining. Beds are so comfortable. Had beach chairs and towels for us to use. Fantastic location - minutes from the pier. Easy to rent a bike, hit the sand or eat. Quick bike ride and ferry ride to Balboa island. We didn’t need our car the whole time we were there. 7/11 is a minute walk away for quick conveniences, the beach and pier 5 minute walk and the grocery store is a 10-15 minute walk. Ron our host was super friendly and responsive. Easy check in process. Super organized welcome book with things to do, places to eat, wifi and appliance info etc. I didn’t realize the garage and laundry are in a shared unit but that’s probably common for this area. No issues, just some very minor coordination on laundry. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Loved our short stay in paradise. Thank you!!

This home is near the Marina and the beach! It is very clean, upgraded and stylish. We stayed 8 days and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is in a great location close to everything, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and of course the beach. On a quiet street too. We had everything we needed as far as pots/pans, dishes, grill and utensils. Ron was great!

This was our first time staying in Newport Beach, the property was exactly what we were hoping for. Ron was awesome to work with, he was able to answer any questions we had when we first arrived and felt he went out of his way to make our stay great. The property is a couple minutes walk from the beach and entertainment. It has all the amenities that you would need on a vacation, would definitely stay here again!!!

We loved the location, my husband’s favorite place, since he was a kid, is Charlie’s Chili, so it was great being walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was perfect for easy walking to restaurants and the beach. The home was sparkling clean. It was very convenient to have some essentials like body wash, shampoo, coffee, filters, tide pods included. Communication with the host was seamless.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was a lot of time and effort put into all the little details. Location is fantastic to the beach and 21st street beach. You are not too far down in the peninsula, so it’s a quick ride to CDM, laguna and surrounding areas. Ron was great to communicate with, and the home was extremely comfortable with high end finishes, comfortable beds and sofa. I highly recommend this property for a Newport stay and will definitely be back!

Everything was new, tasteful and well thought out in this recently renovated home. Provisioned with everything you could need. Our host Ron was very responsive and invested in ensuring our stay was comfortable and safe. My daughter and two young adult granddaughters and I created some wonderful memories. If you stay here and like Italian food Mama Do’s is a must go. And walk just a few blocks to enjoy Newport Beach Pier at sunset. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Newport Beach property. The apartment was newly updated and conveniently located to many restaurants and the beach. It was safe and secure- nice to have an indoor parking space to secure vehicle. We will be recommending this location to friends and family.

Our family had a perfect stay at this property. We could not find fault or suggest any improvements - we genuinely loved it that much. It is in the perfect area for exploring Newport - just across the road from the pier, restaurants and bars. The unit is immaculately clean and beautifully presented. The beds are new, comfortable and the bedrooms are so quiet - the whole family slept soundly all night. The area and unit are safe and there is excellent security. Ron is a very generous host that helped with any questions we had about the area. I would highly recommend this property - the photographs and description are refreshingly accurate. We now have many happy family memories of staying at this property.

We truly enjoyed everything this rental had to offer. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and stores. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Ron made us feel welcome!

The accommodations were fantastic and exactly as shown. Took my 80 year old mom, two adult brothers and my daughter to attend a funeral service. Very comfortable accommodations that met all our needs and owner was kind, professional and hospitable.

The owner, Ron, was amazing….. he went beyond the expected in terms of hospitality and attention to the details. The place is beautiful, everything is new, well decorated, fresh. He even had coffee and snacks for us. He had a well prepared list of places to go and things to do in the area. The location couldn’t be better! Steps from the water. We are definitely coming back !
