All was amazing! Lovely room , amazing staff from start to finish, close to everything and very clean room

It was close by to everything, Paddington station was a 4 minute walk. It is situated in a nice quiet part of London. Only took 25 mins to be in the centre of London. There are many little shops nearby which open till late. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and very clean. There was a little kitchen with fridge and microwave. There are a few additional extras too, a retro gaming device, hairdryer and iron.

It took a little time with the keyless entry, which was on my phone. If your phone dies then you are not getting in. I tried ringing reception so that we could get an earlier check in but no one answered. The do use WATTs App but take a time getting back. There was a fan provided but still was a little warm, but thats the weather in the UK, unpredictable.

Great location- beautiful old building - room that had everything you need for a stay in London

We really enjoyed the location in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood, with lovely views of the garden and historic buildings. The apartment was comfortable, and we appreciated having a kitchen area. It was also very convenient for exploring London, with Paddington Station and Kensington Gardens nearby.

There are a few things that could be improved: Furniture: A small foldable table and chairs would be very useful. There is a kitchen area, but nowhere comfortable to sit and eat except on the bed. Breakfast: The selection was mainly pastries and sandwiches. Healthier options such as porridge, granola and yoghurt would be appreciated. If we had known the selection in advance, we probably would not have booked breakfast. Cleanliness: The toilet, shower and bathroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Amenities: Providing slippers would make the stay more comfortable. Security: There were no safes in the rooms, and only two shared safes on the ground floor, both of which were occupied. With so many rooms and guests, this arrangement seems insufficient. Individual in-room safes would be much more convenient and reassuring for guests.
