Location one of the best in london, hotel as well is new with nice room decoration and very comfy bed.
The staff are super nice and helpful
The hotel still new many things need improvement we found some insects in our room, as will we booked family room based in the pictures but we got completely different layout with smaller bathroom and no bath plus going to our room was bit difficult as in the floor there is small stairs to the room.
And last thing there was always bad smell in the corridor.

Location to underground station. Breakfast was excellent
NO hotwater in bathroom or shower, hotel reception lied twice saying that the system had failed that day, hot water available on last day of stay
