Very welcoming, handsome property, very busy but still efficient and well run. Our room was beautiful, with many special touches

Customer service was incredible…. Such nice people trying to make stay perfect
Lovely nougat and treats in room on check in
Room was cozy size but very nicely done so not an issue at all.
Car park full on arrival and shower took 15 mins to get hot water (but they warn about shower via à leaflet in the room… so listen to them)

My only complaint was the size of 5e shower. I couldn’t move around easily, my elbows kept banging on the walls and I couldn’t move around neither pick up a leg to wash my feet nor bend over to wash my feet.

Didn't have breakfast ,.when I booked I thought continental breakfast was included. However this was not the case. Thought the price was high with that in mind .
Booked a twin room , was given a large double instead.
Very noisy, and woken at 5am by refuse collection taking place under the bedroom window.
