Very fast wifi. Clean. Nice building. Nice location not too busy. Nice view. Full kitchen with utensils. Still AVOID BAD HOST. NOT WORTH IT.

STAY AWAY. MISERABLE HOST. No pool, no gym! It's a lie by the owner and they know it. The beautiful pool and nice gym are NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. ONLY OWNERS. There were 500 properties in Manila to choose from with pools and gyms but this owner roped us in with a lie. These DMCI condos are nice and the condo owners don't want to share with travelers. It's true for all. Thus my 1 star rating since it was a complete waste for us. My daughter had no where to go, how loves the pool. We wound up finding a local friend and going to their condo instead. Upon telling the owner she first gave us a line about "inconsistent rules". She pretended to get us access and then it went really bad. When I called her out on her lie and used the word LIE her thin skin broke. We canceled the extension we had, she asked Booking.com for additional funds because we didn't follow a policy or something, she claimed. She was just trying to get her money back from the canceled appointment. She threatened to call the cops on us. We had a mysterious person come into the apartment asking to fix the bathroom but we never reported it broken. Booking.com correctly asked us to call her but she doesn't have a proper number. It's a +64 number (NZ not PI), too many digits to be a legal NZ number and even if you change it to +63 it's not a legal Philippines number. She doesn't want to deal with guests. No wonder! Also - no soap, glad I brought my own. One towel - when asked for two more nothing happened. Turns out they were drying outside but we didn't see that until we left and no one told us. Not a pleasant stay. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The apartment was well fitted and incredibly comfortable. It was almost like a home away from home and the host was incredibly accommodating and kind.
