Very good stay, quiet, clean, and spacious enough for us! Every stuff was equipped what you need for staying.
The gate was quite difficult to open, as unlocking it was a bit tricky. I was about to call the owner, but eventually managed to get it open.
We used the sofa bed, and it would have been helpful if sheets or bedding for the sofa bed had been provided.
The property is good value for a group of six, although it may feel a little expensive for a smaller group.

Bungalow was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Lovely outdoor area - would be great in summer. Joe was a very good host - very quick to respond and provides good instructions

Well equipped surprisingly spacious accomodation in a lovely area, not too far from Brighton & Sandringham. Host had taken particular care to make it as welcoming as possible.
