XMAN Sunrise Peaks Resort

The resort is modern, clean and in a great location — close enough to the city, while also being conveniently located for visiting the main attractions in the area. The hotel provided a private driver who was always available when needed. He was very friendly, helpful and always arrived on time. The breakfast was available every day and was rich, fresh and delicious. I also had dinner at the resort once, and it was excellent. During my stay, I unfortunately got sick, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They provided me with medicine and continued to check on me over the following days to see if I was feeling better or needed anything else. A special mention goes to Mia, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped me plan my itinerary for the following days and gave me great advice on the best order to visit the different attractions so I could make the most of my time.

Очень большие вопросы к отелю, который себя позиционирует как 5-ти звездочный, тут максимум 3 звезды: В номерах убирались, ставили воду, красивый вид, но: 1. Неправильно работал кондиционер, невозможно было выставить нормальную температуру, кондиционер постоянно жужжал; 2. Сломанный душ, также нужно было ждать около 5 минут, пока нагреется вода; в ванной комнате было всегда очень холодно; не работала лампочка в душевой; 3. Нет холодильника; 4. Пятна на стенах и шторах; 5. В комнате также перегорела лампа, попросили персонал поменять, просьбу проигнорировали; 6. Неудобное расположение: поблизости нет ни магазинов, ни ресторанов.
