Pandora Boutique Hotel---Within Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,English Speaking Hostess,Free Luandry,Tickets reserve, Personal Itinerary service-Well prepared breakfast, Tea Culture Experience, Pandora Tea Tour

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful room, stunning views and delicious homemade food. The hotel staff were so helpful in organising tickets for us and giving advice on the best itinerary around the park.

The staff was extremely helpful. Helped book tickets and showed you the best attractions. Served a freshly made delicious breakfast. Rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. Short walk to the entrance. Beautiful surroundings.

If you are looking for luxury, an immaculate hotel, or a traditional 5-star experience, this is probably not the place for you. But if you want kindness, authentic Chinese culture, an amazing view, a great location, and wonderful local people who will treat you incredibly well, then this is absolutely the place to stay! We had an amazing experience at Pandora Hotel and were very lucky to meet Josie and the rest of the staff. This is a charming boutique hotel where everyone makes you feel at home. The hospitality was exceptional, the food was good, and the whole experience felt genuine and personal. The location is also fantastic. You are close to one of the less crowded entrances to the park, at least during our visit in September ,which made exploring the area much easier and more enjoyable. We stayed in the large room with the bathtub, and I would definitely recommend choosing it. You get much more space, and it almost feels like having your own little house. More than anything, what made this stay special was the people. Thank you, Josie, and thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend Pandora Hotel!

Service was excellent and very warm. Lily also helped us arrange our guide, tickets and driver. Nice room with a peaceful view.

There are no elevators in the hotel despite being marked as accessible. This is not an accessible accomodation. Despite their good intent we had to carry 9 pieces of luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs at 11pm. Despite arranging for the driver, we were also denied entry at the guardhouse which added additional unnecessary time. Not a pleasant check in experience.
