A szállás nagyon jó helyen található, a felvonóktól séta távolságra. A parkolás a szállás mellett egy nagy parkolóban történik. A recepció gyors és egyszerű, a szálloda rendezett. A reggeli és a vacsora is szuper volt. Mi olyan csomagot választottunk amiben a wellness is benne volt. Nem bántuk meg! Jó hőmérsékletű, tiszta, hatalmas medencékkel , gyönyörű kilátással biztosítja a kényelmet. Mivel fizetős a wellness nagyon kevesen voltak a medencékben.
Sok negatív kritikát olvastunk a szállodáról, mi ebből nem tapasztaltunk semmit. Talán annyi volt a kellemetlenség, hogy a wellnessbe nem lehetett visszamenni, ha már kijöttünk, mivel a csomag napi egyszeri belépést biztosított.

The location was excellent, the room was small but comfortable. The buffet style of both breakfast and dinner were very convenient, everything mostly plentiful and very tasty. We chose this hotel for its wellness area which we had visited before and it's really great - spacious and recently renovated which felt amazing. Moreover, the staff down there were very welcoming.
The receptionists could have been friendlier, room cleaning meant bringing more toiletries, no touching our bed, maybe it's a new standard in a 3-star hotel?

The food was OK but as in many hotels could have been hotter. The staff were friendly and the position for ski in/out was excellent . That was my main criteria for booking this hotel. The ski locker system was also excellent and it was very useful having ski and boot hire on site.
Furniture in the rooms had seen better days and the food could have been hotter. There wasn't a kettle in the room and nor was there a proper shower.
