Host is very nice and response very quickly to address your need. It has backyard to relax.
The room has carpet and the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. A bit inconvenient. The wall is very thin, so I could hear other room guests talking . I woke up very early and I might wake other guests up too.

Very nice, clean, well appointed room in a great neighborhood. Sandy and Henry were very accommodating and responded to questions almost immediately. Check in and check out was simple and easy. The room we stayed in had a large desk, plenty of closet space, the bed was super comfortable, and most importantly the shower pressure was excellent. Overall great value for money, definitely deserves the high rating.
