Thalia Room Venezia Mestre

El alojamiento es correcto. Servicio cordial y bien asistido. Muchas gracias

Falta de frigo y de bidet

It was clean.

The access to get in the property and area around. Missing of any staff for help. I personally think getting a hotel with 24/7 help desk is much much better idea then getting these types of remotely administered properties. Not cheap in price rather equal to some 4 star hotels so no point to stay here. No guests are allowed for even 1 minute visit. Wrong presentation of pictures as if kitchen is personal. No elevator access. Hard to get up stairs with luggage.
