Perfect view

Fabulous location, overlooking the small village of Rose. Superb views of the harbour, from rooms and from the pool terrace. The pool was also a great bonus, with a lovely sunbathing area. Patio areas well kept and clean. Outdoor breakfast tables all have fabulous views too!
Food options were very limited. Only pizza and crepes. Breakfast was also very average - no English tea or coffee offered. You had to ask for this.
Also, there are extensive steps down to the village area and waterfront. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Loved it! Visited in mid-late Sept so getting late in season and felt correspondingly quiet. Location was epic and staff excellent. Fantastic views from hotel pool area. Three restaurants close by too. Despite the few negative comments below, this was the best place we have stayed so far on our trip and glad we stayed 2 nights, wish it had been more.
Toilet in room smelled a bit, and there were a lot of steps in the 'vertical' resort. Also felt slightly short staffed as I think the two owners do most things! Generating the final bill was a slow, manual process.

Great view, not for the faint hearted when it comes to stairs since it doesn’t have a lift. Staff were friendly but it’s advertised as 4 stars which probably is a stretch. Pool is quite nice and the restaurant upstairs does basic food and drinks but it somehow works.
Staff asked me to walk to reception to get the iron, no extra help offered with bags despite not having a lift.
