Staff very helpful. Breakfast nice. Open air eating area very pleasant. Set back from the road so hardly noticed the traffic.

The hotel meets the standard projected on the app : the Spa and gym are new and well maintained, the receptionist really friendly and professional, room modern and well furnished, abundant and tasty buffet for breakfast.

It offers some nice features like a spa and top floor pool but many facilities, carpets are a bit old now. The pool is rather small for swimming.
I had an oblique wall above my bed and I banged my head several times plus the air conditioning was a bit problematic.

Location worked well for walking into Herceg Novi & spending time on the beach. The price probably reflected the quality - it was pretty cheap compared to other hotels.
The staff were all pretty friendly.
The room was pretty small - I hit my head on the low ceiling a few times. The bed only had one rather flat pillow per person, the sheet wasn’t even laid out - it was just put folded at the end of the bed - and the duvet from the cupboard had some pretty horrible looking stains on it.
The breakfast was really terrible. Only pastries and some cooked bits (sausage, egg) and none of it labelled so we didn’t know what some of the pastries were, there was only a small bowl of fruit and no yogurt.

"Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente. Le stanze erano ben disposte e pulite. L'hotel era anche in un'ottima posizione. La SPA pulita e funzionale anche se non era pienamente operativa"
