Very responsive and service minded. Very good beds, even the sleeping couch was very comfortable. Good blankets too. We loved the atmosphere in the appartment and feel very comfortable there. Supermarket in walking distance although not very close. Good brunch places around. There was a pool at the rooftop but we didn’t understand if that was a part of the hotel. We will for sure stay there again.

The property is clean and modern. And has everything you need in terms of a cooktop a fridge and a laundromat. I would still stay here again.
That I had to pay $9.50 euro if I wanted an early check-in of an hour and a half. There was also a lack of cooking equipment such as pots and pans. I asked someone on the front desk to get me some pots and pans. But the pot I was given was small and not capable of cooking a pack of pasta. There should be an order done by management of all units to ensure that they have adequate cooking equipment for guest stays. Also a little bit of a smell in the kitchen cupboard.

Loved the location.
Not enough hooks, hangers, storage

Overall, everything was satisfying. I think for Amsterdam a competitive price. Parking worked well.
The check-in was an experience I would rather not have had. It took me 20min to realise the electronic check-in only works with an ID-check in person, but nobody was there. Although, in princiole I had sufficient time, I missed my appointment by 20min.

"Ottimo alloggio, pulito, sistemazione perfetta, per chi non vuole spendere troppo e consigliato , è un po fuori centro , se come Amsterdam è ben collegata non abbiamo avuto difficoltà 💪
Consiglio B..."
