An amazing hotel that felt really cozy. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight; we spent a lot of time there. Seeing the Aurora was even better. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good.
Nothing to complain about.

Well located close to various places to visit. Good breakfast. Very attentive staff.
Not sure if having no TV was good or bad. The rest was ok.

Breakfast was mundane
Not clean either.
Wasted food was kept in an open bucket. We had to place used plates in the same area where we were eating breakfast. Never seen this in any hotel before. This needs to change. It is not hygienic. As a result of this there were flies in the breakfast area.
Room 27 was good but the bathroom was clearly outdated. Can you please modernise the toilet.
As above.
