I got a free upgrade so my review may be biased.
My room is very spacious with a kitchen. Sound proof is okay, but if your neighbor is very noisy you will still hear them.

Asked for the final bill print out the lady at the checkout desk that could not supply because I booked with Expedia

I stayed in a new building which was very nice. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Nice desk to sit and plan my travels. Breakfast was wonderful. Only downside was the thin walls. I could hear my neighbor cough, sneeze, hang their coat on the hanger.

Beautiful property, nice to have a properly sized hotel in the Hella area. It’s hard to find a place to stay around here. I’d easily stay here again and recommend Stracta to others!
