Złota Residence & SPA - 500m od Krupówek

This was our second visit to the hotel, and overall we had another enjoyable stay. We stayed for 8 nights in a duplex room, which had a beautiful mountain view. The room itself was lovely, although we wouldn’t choose a duplex room again as we found the stairs up to the bedroom quite steep. The location is fantastic, especially for walking into the centre and for exploring the surrounding area on foot. The spa is small but very tranquil and a lovely place to relax. Robe hire is available for 20 PLN each. On arrival there wasn’t a safety deposit box in the room. However, after speaking to reception, one was arranged and fitted for us within two days. A special mention to Weronika at reception, who was always friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. She kindly let me practice my Polish with her.  Kitchen is well equipped, just missing a towel to dry the plates and cutlery Overall, we had a lovely 8-night stay and would happily return, although next time we would choose a different room type.

The duplex room, the stairs to the bed were very narrow and steep. Tricky in the night especially. Also the bed base is very low and as you are in the roof there is no room to stand.

Blisko do centrum, widok na Giewont. Parking w cenie.

Bardzo mały parking, śniadanie słabe ale da się zjeść . Brakuje ekspresu do kawy !( podstawa )

Obiekt czysty. Bardzo miłe Panie na recepcji. Polecam dla osób ceniących sobie spokój. Dobre śniadania. Codziennie można korzystać z jakuzzy lub sauny. Rodzina zadowolona z pobytu.

Brak

Größe, Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Räume. Sauberkeit

Sehr dürftiges Internet speziell in der Etage -1; morgens vor 8 Uhr nur lauwarmes Wasser zum Duschen; Fön nur kurzzeitig in Betrieb: keine Lüftung im Bad;; offiziell sollte Auschecken ab 8:00am möglich sein, tatsächlich war um 8:10 noch niemand an der Rezeption;
