The place is nice and staff are good. Not far from Essaouira. Rooms are beautifully decorated.

The lady in charge there in the absence of the owners was pretty rude. She’s apparently the sister of the owner but she would do then a great favour by leaving the place to be run by professionals. She ruins the vibe by her presence.

the room had no air con and no wifi, also no balcony (as it said in the description) we were able to change the room after the first night.

Calm and peaceful atmosphere with very friendly hosts!

The service is very bad...there is no electricty in the place!!!be very cerfull ,dont go to this place,there is no air condition,there is no light,we have staid in complete darkness in the middle of no were.nobody help or serve ,you can not order even water. We rented a room for 3 days but we left in less than a day...we tried to contact the owner but she was in france and simply did not answer,she left a young guy to take care of the place who did not knew nothing.again,do not go to this place.

the WiFi is atrocious and is only in one living room, we were told no social media, or watching films and it was so intermittent with all guests crowding in to get reception, the air con didn’t work, the showers were a dribble of water and blocked, the food was terrible and no choice, we were a family of 3 children and they were told they could not jump or play in the pool 🏊‍♂️ not swim laps and only sit in a few beds. we were not told about any yoga classes, the spa and hamman was closed. there is no hospitality - food or drink at any time, when we asked for dinner she had to race to the supermarket to buy some - quite odd and on occasion told no dinner we had to go out to eat. we asked to leave early and have a refund but were told no refund despite us being so unhappy. there was definitely an uncomfortable atmosphere after that.the distance is 20mins to essaouira and you have to wait an hour for a taxi which is 15euros each way. So many of the guests were so unhappy and fed up. this is definitely not a place for anyone with children or people hoping for any service. BEWARE of the previous reviews they are not at all accurate. we were so excited for this part of our holiday however it was ruined and the kids were so sad.

We were the only guests in the full hotel. Hotel is superb: nice garden, nice rooms, nice pool. Being the only guests, they did not open the SPA which was slightly disappointing. Overall, I totally recommend the place. You need to have a car though as the road to get there is not the easiest.
