Lovely secluded location. Cozy lounge and dining area. The rooms are very bare-bones and lacking in amenities but are comfortable. All the staff are lovely, including all of the four-legged friends.

The layout of our room was a bit unusual, but it was all right. Breakfast was really good and staff were friendly and helpful.

Very artsy decor which seems very unique for Iceland which is usually more sterile/minimalist. The hot tub was not hot enough for our liking. Otherwise very cool place to stay for a night.

A lovely and quirky hotel. The sitting room is one of a kind with antiques and comfortable chairs. I left a book by the games cabinet for a traveler who might need one. Met really nice people from all over. The hot tub and cold plunge were nice to unwind in after a long day. Rooms were a little cozy but I loved the resident cat and dogs. Made everything so welcoming. Really had a nice time here.
