This rental is in a wonderful location. It's a small, one bedroom apartment just a block and a half from the main commercial district of Folly Beach, but still quiet. Designated parking spot for one- right in front of unit. Within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. The host was easy to communicate with. The check-in process was easy and convenient. I did have to make a change to my reservation but did so with ease. No issues. The unit was clean. It was a very humid and hot few days, but the A/C was supplemented with extra dehumidifier which was a fabulous addition! Under counter fridge, large sink in the kitchen area. Small bathroom with shower but I didn't bump my elbows! I was here for work in Charleston and surrounding area, so this was a convenient spot to get around the city as well as sneak in some beach time. Hard surface floors great if bringing a pet. I did not notice noise from surrounding units (above and to one side). It's walk-in level, all one level except about a 1" step up to bedroom. Watch your toes. Rustic bed frame is kind of high and somewhat uncomfortable when leaving the bed, but sleeping was comfy. Would stay again? Yes.

Apartment was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and main strip was nice.

Great spot! Quick walk to the beach. Clean, easy to check in. Loved our stay!

The space needs some touch up. The floors were dirty but nothing a little wet mop couldn’t fix. Comfortable bed, slept like a baby! All said, the price was certainly right for the space and the location was excellent.
