The room was in the HEART of the old section of the palace, about 50m from the roman couryeard, cathedral and bell tower. It was well appointed, and even had a small balcony. Excellent

It was a 2nd story and yo ad to carry your bags up, but this is what is expected in multple hotels/rooms in europe, so no real issue.

Beautiful boutique hotel with modern accessories complimented by exposed sandstone walls. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fabulous air conditioning as well!

Property didn’t have lift access which was difficult with bags (only second floor though)

Once you find the room it is situated in a great location, very central and within walking distance of all the sites. It is only 15 mins from the port and bus station too. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and were able to get into our room early. The room has all of your basic requirements and the bed was comfy. The breakfast at the nearby hotel had lots of great options in a lovely setting.

The hotel is cash only, which I couldn't see anywhere on the booking.com description. It is only since reading other reviews and searching for the term cash that I have seen it displayed. As we didn't have enough cash on us, nor did we want to incur a charge from the bank by withdrawing cash, we had to do a bank transfer. Whilst we managed to sort the issue it still caused some panic for myself. This needs to be made clearer. The room was quite small for the price and the window looks into the corridor, not outside which is strange but it is represented in the photos so to be expected.

The lady running the place, was such a lovely and wonderful person. Made the experience very wholesome

Great location, Great staff and communication. Helped arrange tours and transportation. Easy access to the city, free coffee was a bonus

It was really conveniently located at the centre of the town so most of the things are at walking distance. Nur was really friendly and she has all the informations you need. We really enjoyed staying there.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of Split. The building is old, but the rooms brand new and the most sparkly clean I have ever experienced. The staff was helpful and the beds comfy. Though the room was small, it didn't matter at all, because it had everything that you'd need and was so close to all the beauty of Split that you don't really want to stay indoors anyway!
