Modern Guesthouse, Fast Wi-Fi, Street Free Parking, Central, Fully Equipped

Cleanliness, utilities available, staff.

I could not access the internet despite putting the correct details & double checking them.

Lovely property, a short walk from a bus stop to get into Cardiff Central. On street parking available from a short walk away. Clean towels and bedding, a quiet property and very useful instructions to access the property. Felt secure.

Lovely stay, and felt very, very welcome to help myself to items in the kitchen; however, it would have been nice to have access to some milk for a cup of tea/coffee on arrival :)

Arthur & Hamilton accomodations are always extra clean, zero room for complain, they provide best comfort at the best price Book with confidence, you will feel home :)

Nothing to mention here

I really liked the area the property was in. It was nice and quiet with no distractions, so it was easy to just relax and enjoy the stay. There was also a shop nearby which was really handy if I needed to grab anything.

I was honestly really disappointed with a few things, especially considering how much I was paying to stay here. First of all, the towels had a really bad and noticeable smell to them. For the price I paid, I was expecting new towels, if not at least clean ones. Having towels that smelled like that was just unacceptable and definitely not what I expected. The WiFi was another massive issue because it just did not work at all. I tried so many times to connect to it and ended up wasting hours messing around with it, but nothing worked. It was extremely frustrating, especially when WiFi is something you just expect to work when you’re paying to stay somewhere. The shower was probably one of the most annoying parts. The door on the stand-up shower wouldn’t even close properly, so water would come straight through the open gap and end up all over the floor. On top of that, the part of the shower door near the basin would also let water through whenever the water hit it, so it was leaking from more than one place. After having a shower I’d then have to spend my own time cleaning up all the water from the floor, which I really shouldn’t have to be doing when I’m paying to stay somewhere. Overall I was just really disappointed because for the amount I paid, I expected much better than this. And because the WiFi didn’t work at all, I ended up having to use my own mobile data throughout my stay.
