The apartment is very nice, looks new, modern, and clean, and each room is on a different floor, which was ok. The bathroom was very nice; the dining room is also very nice with a big table, and it opens to a nice balcony. 7-Eleven is right next to the apartment. So we had a nice dinner with the family together.
There is no dryer, so if you are planning to do laundry, it's a bit of a problem to dry your clothes. Maybe there is a solution for that that we didn't see. But the hose is really nice...

Great option for our family of 6 traveling to Hakone for one night. Many food options next-door and 7-Eleven nearby. We didn't go to an Onsen because of a bad weather. The host was very nice and accommodating.
Spring beds are not our favorite.
