Our stay here was amazing. The executive suite w/ balcony is gorgeous - especially love the bathtub. The location overlooking the lake is very convenient for walking to everything, and Thor at the front desk gave us wonderful customer service. He even went above and beyond by helping us get two luggages repaired (a backpack with a hole in it, and a suitcase with a broken handle) in less than 24 hours. They were repaired so well that you can’t even tell they were ever damaged. Amazingly they were able to replace the broken suitcase handle with an identical one. Breakfast was very good and copious, and when I asked if they had oat milk for the coffee, they didn’t but they went and got it for me. If we come back, we would love to stay here again.

Everything, fantastic friendly staff and an awesome location. Thor, Louis and Loki looked after us so well.
Nothing, it was perfect.
