The central location made it convenient for various options of getting to the coffee and beer street , night market etc. The hotel do provide tours services. I chose the Ha Long day package, the 26 seaters bus picked me and dropped me at the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The room came with both strong aircon and a fan, much needed for the hanoi heat. All is wonderful
