The staff in front of house were excellent, in particular ‘Charles’ on reception courteous knowledge helpful and the following morning he was assisting at breakfast and making the relatively expensive breakfast a pleasure. The other waiter and waitress were also very attentive to my requests. The Young man who tidied my room also did an impeccable job.
The property and the grounds were faultless.
The walk way from the car parks to the reception was uncomfortable with the loose sharp stones.

An incredible setting. The drive up to the Chateau takes your breath away.
We had to wait over an hour after our scheduled check in time due to friction between the cleaning staff. With 2 tired kids and after a long drive this wasn’t acceptable. We were also not provided with shower gel and had to notify reception. Would have expected better at an establishment like this.
