Very friendly staff on reception - shout out to Andy for being so kind and welcoming. Very comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, modern and well maintained

Paid for parking in a muddy gravel lot even though the garage was full.
Felt ill and needed to get into the room on our second day. Key didn’t work. Had to wait at the desk for 10 minutes and then had to run my credit card again. Charged $160. Was told it was a hold, that charge is still on my credit card. I was assured it would be removed.

The room was compact but clean Rick the barman an asset and very friendly and helpful
Reception staff rude, no shower gel in dispenser on day one. Problem with bathroom fan which needed repeated requests to fix. No housekeeping or replenishment of coffee even though we had asked for this
