The public spaces of the property felt very open and airy. The bar/breakfast area was visually pleasing and comfortable. The staff were helpful and engaging. This resulted in a stay that was not only pleasant but lots of fun.
Only thing I can think of is the $60 fee for valet parking, but that is pretty standard for the area.

I liked the location. Within walking distance of museums and 16th street. The pool was clean and plenty of towels.
We requested items from the cleaning staff and didn’t receive them. I had to go down to the main floor and find staff to get the toilet paper we needed. Also limited understanding between front desk and myself. Very short curt explanations. Valet parking is way too high. $60.00 a night is super expensive.
