The location was great to downtown attractions. My room and the entire facility was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and it was nice having coffee 24/7.
The only negative thing was paying for parking. I understand that is how everything is in Chattanooga but it would be nice to not have to pay when staying at the hotel.

Great location, parking was easy. We had one staff member that was very nice and helpful. I have completely forgotten her name but she had blue hair!! She as always so friendly! Cleanliness of the building was great as well.
First of all, the bed felt like sleeping on cement. The continental breakfast was terrible. The staff working on the specific day that we actually had breakfast were not nice and just seemed like everything bothered to them. The day we checked out, the one elevator for the entire hotel, was out of order! Luckily we were leaving and only had two bags so the four flights of steps weren't terrible.
