We had it situated at a lake property for several years. It had room for our 3 kids and they could each bring a friend to camp with us. Smores, Games nights, movies, family meals in on rainy days and meals out around a campfire. Sadly....our kids are grown and We are empty nesters that don't use it often. We want to share our RV with families who are looking to make long lasting memories. A queen bedroom with doors for privacy. It has a tv/DVD player that rotates around to the queen bedroom so you can lounge and watch a movie or turn the tv to the main living area for a family movie night (DVD's included). Indoor/outdoor Stereo speakers. It has two slides (one in the main kitchen/living area and one in the back bunk room). Bunk room at the back can sleep 4 comfortably and has a door for privacy. There's even a retro Sony TV with old school Play station and games! There are 2 doors into the trailer (the main door & one in the bathroom). The RV will be FULLY cleaned/disinfected. I'm a clean freak...so know that it will be spic and span when you rent from me and I will expect it to be returned in the same condition (with the exception of towels and linens which I will wash). The Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, kitchen towels, toaster, microwave, pots, fry pan, bakeware etc. You just need to bring food! Bedding (sheets/comforter/pillows) provided for the queen bed. 4 Additional pillows provided for other beds. Bath, hand, and face towels included. Electric Awning included. A/C & Heat.
