Very helpful and kind staff - they resolved our problem very quickly and professionally. Nice , large room, large supercomfy bed, snow-white and high quality bed lining and towels. As for me, I give to this hotel all five stars. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here! We stayed in the newer part of the property, which was very clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. We had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with a metro station and a grocery store nearby, making everything easily accessible. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The price was also very reasonable considering everything you get. Overall, one of the best places we’ve stayed!

New and very well equipped 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Very clean, very nice, very comfortable. Very nice staff. Personal gratitude to Ilham that made us check in at midnight. Quick, professional and very welcoming.
There is some strange thing with room service. They sad that for 3 nights we got trash collection only. If we want towels or somethibg else we shoud ask for it, and we will get. I think that towels, toilet paper are basic and should be done every day, because there is no place to dry 5 towels. We managed it, but 4 stars and the price are worth everyday regular room service.

The appartment is new, spacious and comfortable, very quit there. Good bedrooms and bathrooms.
You can reach city park in 10 minutes by walk and center town 20 munutes. We also took metro in the evening, that is 10 minutes and arrive every 5 minutes. The mall westend is also aroud the corner. Very helpfull staff
We enjoyed a lot.
No oven at kitchen, but this is minor, there is a micro.
