Everything! The location is great. Big rooms. The staff was so nice and welcoming. I definitely will come back to this hotel.

Excellent location

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable, which were definitely the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, there were several aspects that could be improved. The service was particularly slow, and requests were frequently forgotten, which became quite frustrating during the stay. The staff were also not particularly friendly or attentive.

The breakfast was quite disappointing and really didn’t live up to expectations. The air conditioning in the room also did not cool properly, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The gym was extremely small and felt more like a basement room than a proper fitness area. The spa also closed far too early, making it difficult to enjoy after a full day exploring Budapest. Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and good-sized rooms, but the service and some of the facilities need significant improvement. With better attention to guests, faster service, and some investment in the facilities, the experience could be much better.
