Everything was great except the bed was very very hard. Staff great, very clean, easy to get more water and towels. Location great.

This was a perfect location. The room was fantastic. They thought of everything the traveler could want or need. The room was extremely comfy. The staff was genuine and exceptional. Really fantastic in setting taxis and reservations up.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to Santa Croce Basilica, the Uffizi, and the Galileo Museum. It was clean and air-conditioned. Only one small flight of stairs.

Just about everything. Location was excellent, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the electronic check-in/reception was great.
The fire alarm went off around 5:30am and we were outside for about 45 minutes. This was likely a one-off and does not impact our overall perception of this great hotel. The only real negative was the shower screen. It was a trifold glass screen that barely held in water from the shower. Without putting a bunch of towels down, the floor would get soaked.
